DJ Flava hails from the
beautiful island city of
Port of Spain, capital
of Trinidad and Tobago.
At a very early age
Flava was drawn into the
music world through his
love of music.
Growing up in the 80's,
the local radio stations
played a variety of
music and this is where
his love for music
began.
Listening to various
radio personalities and
top DJs during mixing
competitions, Flava's
desire for music started
to grow
and he aspired to be
like them. With
nothing but a phonogram,
and pure skill, this is
how he started mixing.
Flava immigrated to New
York City in 1986 where
he continued to
demonstrate his talent
through dejaying,
remixing, producing and
engineering for various
artists.

As an in
demand DJ for over 25
years, producer and hot
radio personality, Flava
is now taking the ATL by
storm! With a
strong listener base in
Atlanta and New York it
won't be long before DJ
Flava touches the rest
of the world!
Having
worked with top Soca &
Reggae artists, DJ Flava
is still one of the most
humble and down to earth
people you would want to
meet. He lives for
music and gets great joy
in lending a helping
hand to the younger
generation.
